THE ART OF COCKTAIL MAKING
SHOWCASING THE SKILL THROUGH PAINTING, ILLUSTRATION AND EASY RECIPES
A craving to demystify has driven Kristina Martin’s fascination with the art of the cocktail.
From cocktail illustrations to paintings and recipe reels, her focus is on breaking down the barriers to cocktail making.
Kristina is also on a quest to find the perfect cocktail pairings, from entrees through to mains and desserts.
Currently Kristina has limited edition original paintings and prints available in Martine Gallery, an upcoming exhibition at the Affordable Art Fair in June and a new cocktail pairings book on the way.

Two warming cocktail recipes
Brulee’d Negroni
With autumn approaching, this is a perfect warming cocktail. The orange brulee adds a level of caramelisation and sweetness to a bitter classic. Perfect to serve with anchovies on heavily buttered toast.
Sake-inha
Many know of the Capirinha, a Brazilian classic cocktail. This recipe is a contemporary twist Kristina discovered at an Omakase experience in Sao Paulo. It pairs deliciously with sashimi and Japanese flavours.
