Australian Culinary Federation
The ACF says 2025 is set to be a year filled with opportunities to strengthen our vibrant foodservice industry.
As we embrace the midyear period I am delighted to share the latest updates and activities from the Australian Culinary Federation. Our community has been buzzing with energy and enthusiasm, particularly our young chefs who have been participating in numerous industry events. It is truly encouraging to see our members empowering the next generation of culinary talent across Australia.
Our National Culinary Teams recently competed at the Culinary Olympics in Germany, with a bronze and a silver medal for both the junior and senior teams. Their success is a testament to their skill, dedication and resilience, and the industry’s support has been their inspiration — thank you to each and all. This achievement not only places Australia on the global culinary map but also serves as a beacon, inspiring over 100,000 culinary professionals across the nation.
I am thrilled to share the latest updates from our resilient and inspiring culinary community. The recent Foodservice Australia event at the ICC Sydney was an exciting showcase of talent, innovation and mateship, and I am deeply grateful to all who participated.
