METHOD - Servings: 10

  1. Baste Pizza bases with tomato base.

  2. Layer sliced steamed potatoes

  3. Layer thawed Edgell Chef’s Grill Eggplant slabs over base

  4. Top with crumbled fetta cheese, baby rocket & fresh chilli
