Mirror dessert glazes can be fiddly and time consuming, particularly within busy commercial kitchens. The Queen Professional team have collaborated with pastry chefs to develop a quick, easy and consistent solution for busy kitchens. Simply choose your base product and use as it is, or customize by adding food colour and flavour, then coat your dessert. No heating, cooling or temperature monitoring required.

The range comes in three variants:

Neutral Mirror Glaze: A transparent, glossy glaze that enhances the product with an upscale shiny finish. Elegant on its own or add flavour and tint with colour for a translucent look.

Glamour Mirror Glaze: Silver translucent glaze containing shimmery edible flitter to create eyecatching treats. Add colour and flavour to create a starry effect.

White Mirror Glaze: Opaque pure white glaze producing a solid coating. Beautiful on its own or customize by adding flavour and colour.

You can glaze your masterpiece in minutes. Simply shake the bottle, mix in any colours or flavours, apply to your desert then chill the dessert in the fridge ready to plate up. It’s that easy. 

The range is gluten free, contains no artificial colours or flavours, is suitable for vegans and is Halal and Kosher certified. Desserts can be displayed in a chilled cabinet for up to five days and the glaze is freeze-thaw stable.
