Cooking Sealord’s Hoki Burgers couldn’t be easier. You can prepare from frozen using a deep fryer, in a fan-forced oven, conventional oven or air fryer – making them perfect for busy kitchens. With a cooking time of around 5.5-6 minutes in the deep fryer or 10-15 minutes in an oven or air fryer, your staff can quickly serve up a delicious, high quality fish burger with minimal effort.
