I&J Fusion range

The I&J Fusion range combines quality ingredients and fillings that deliver on taste with the authentic presentation of Asian style cuisine – saving you labour costs and preparation time. Each item in the range is hand made in Asia and features traditional flavour notes to ensure it remains authentic to its cuisine origin.  

I&J Bao Buns are available in both White and Charcoal and come hand-folded with a soft texture and salty yet sweet flavour profile making them suitable for both savoury and sweet applications. Easy to handle and prepare, each is a convenient 32g sandwich size and will hold its shape after steaming making it easy to fill. They’re ideal to serve with popular fillings such as Peking duck with cucumber and spring onion, pulled pork with Asian slaw and Hoi Sin sauce or Char Sui chicken with coriander.

I&J Prawn Shaomai are made from hand cut prawns and fresh herbs and feature the terrific flavour of tasty prawns offset by delicate herb notes. They’re perfect to serve as an authentic premium finger food for function catering, as an entrée item or as part of a share plate.

I&J Shrimp & Chive Gyoza features the distinctive ginger notes of classical Japanese cuisine complemented by visible pieces of shrimp and delivers a taste that’s both subtle and satisfying. These can be steamed then lightly pan-fried to ensure a crispy underside in the traditional Japanese fashion.

All products in the I&J Fusion range come conveniently Individually Quick Frozen and portion controlled to minimise wastage – just heat from frozen so you use only what you need, when you need it.
