Vegan range from Paramount

Family-owned business Paramount has more than 30 years’ experience creating products for the global food industry and this year has added five vegan products to its range of award-winning vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and ‘free from’ dishes.
As the trend for bar snacks, light bites and sharing platters shows no sign of slowing down, Paramount’s more-ish filled vegan and gluten-free bites are the perfect menu addition. Choose from Sweet Potato Bites, with a tangy salsa centre, or Sweet Chilli Falafels, made from an authentic Middle Eastern recipe and filled with sweet chilli sauce.
Paramount’s Spiced Lentil & Carrot Sliders are already a big hit, and can be cooked and ready to serve in under five minutes. And for a hearty main course dish that’s also vegan and gluten-free, try the Penang Curry or Butter Bean, Sweet Potato & Spinach Stew.
These new products join two much-loved vegan and gluten-free burgers in the range. The Luxury Vegan Burger is a consistent award winner, including a Gold Free From Eating Out award (2018). The vibrant Aromatic Garden Burger was awarded the BFFF’s Best New Meat Free/Vegetarian Product in 2018 and was a FSAA finalist for Best New Innovation in 2017.
