Birch & Waite wins ‘Best Hollandaise’ at 2021 ChefsDecision Awards

Australian-made mayonnaise, dressings, relishes, sauces and desserts manufacturer Birch & Waite has won the Best Hollandaise category at the 2021 ChefsDecision Awards voted by Australian professional Chefs.
This is the second win for Birch & Waite which was awarded Best Mayonnaise at the October 2020 awards.
Run by ChefPanel, an Australian company specialising in foodservice research, ChefsDecision recognises Australia’s best foodservice products and services. In March 2021 ChefPanel surveyed 263 commercial and institutional chefs who scored the award based on taste, versatility, texture, ease of use and value for money. Birch & Waite’s Hollandaise Sauce was judged the best among the leading foodservice Hollandaise products available.
