Primo’s New Wagyu Brisket: Juicy, Smoky, and Ready to Serve

Specially made for foodservice, Wagyu Brisket Pieces and Wagyu Brisket Roast from Primo Foodservice are now available in 1kg portion packs, six per carton

Wagyu Brisket Pieces are made from the point end making them higher in fat and therefore flavoursome, while Wagyu Brisket Roast is made from brisket navel, making them leaner.

Both consist of American BBQ style sous vide cooked Wagyu Brisket in Smokey Memphis Marinade, featuring 400 days grain fed Australian Tajima Wagyu that is HGP free and minimum MB4 source.

The flavour profile is slightly sweet, smoky with a balanced savoury and earthy taste.

Wagyu delivers superior marbling, with fat more evenly distributed within the muscle, resulting in a juicier, more tender meat.

Both products in the range have been slow-cooked to perfection via the sous vide method for 15 hours to ensure tenderness and juiciness. They contain no artificial colours or flavours and have been designed to be easy to reheat and ready to eat, delivering better yield with less preparation and wastage.

Shelf life is 56 days chilled.
