Technical Chefs announces Commercial Cookery Awards

The Australian Institute of Technical Chefs Commercial Cookery Awards are in full swing and the Institute has started receiving applications from teachers and mentors across Australia eager to showcase their nominations for the Best of the Best National Awards in Cert II-III-IV. The deadline for nominations is just a few weeks away so the Institute strongly urges interested parties not to procrastinate. Its team is busy preparing for the finalist selection panel, working to identify the top three finalists in each category. This will be followed by coordinating a separate jury for the final interviews. The Institute says it is committed to ensuring a thorough and fair selection process leading up to the November awards ceremony. The top three nominations and their mentors will be honoured at this national event.
In addition to the awards, the Institute has already received inquiries from qualified chefs and commercial cookery teachers interested in the 2023 Humpty Doo Barramundi Scholarship grant.
